Driver Elfyn Evans soared from fourth to take first place at Rally Turkey 2020, helping TOYOTA GAZOO Racing exert a nine-point lead at the top of the World Rally Championship (WRC).

The TOYOTA GAZOO racing team cemented its dominance at the 24 Hours of Le Mans race by taking its third win in a row on 19-20 September. The #8 TS050 HYBRID of Sébastien Buemi, Brendon Hartley and Kazuki Nakajima finished five laps ahead of the nearest competitor after a full day and 5,272km of racing.

The past few months may have been some of the most challenging yet for vehicle sales across Europe, but one part of the sector has bucked a declining trend – electric vehicles (EVs). According to automotive data specialist JATO, registrations of petrol and diesel cars in Europe fell by a third year-on-year in June 2020, but EV sales were up almost two-thirds over the same period.

The new update not only increases the tool’s speed and coverage, it also allows technicians to completely customize the inspection by selecting from a range of modules, tailoring the checklist and order to suit the vehicle and the time available.
